Join our Chef extraordinaire, Jodie Ballard for this amazing workshop. Bring along a friend, your lunch and we will provide the champagne. In this 5 hour session Jodie will be teaching you all the tips and tricks to cooking this fabulous Christmas fare to share with your family and friends.

Gingerbread House Workshop
Saturday 17th November | 1.00pm – 4.00pm
Why not make this a family affair, make your house for the family or as a gift. Join this hands on fun Christmas workshop where you will learn how to make gingerbread. Prepare your icing then go on to construct your own Gingerbread House. Then the fun really starts with the outside decoration of icing and lollies. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Learn How To Decorate a Galaxy Cake

This new craze has taken the internet by storm. Learn how to make two butter biscuits in the shape of a letter or a number. You will then move onto the filling for the middle of the biscuits and the top and making mini macaroons. Then the fun begins with the decorating bonanza, which will include using meringues, lollies, real flowers and maybe some fruit. This class is not to be missed. Please bring an apron and container no smaller than 15cm x 15cm
Healthy Cooking On a Budget
Monday 15th October for 8 weeks | 10.00am—12.30pm
This very popular course is specifically designed for those interested in learning about healthy eating on a budget or transferring skills to employment. This course will cover everything from safe food handling, food hygiene, kitchen basics, preparation techniques, extensive cooking skills, food storage and so much more. All new recipes for those following on. Please bring an apron if you have one and a container. Cost includes all ingredients and equipment.
