Singing Bowl Meditation

No singing required – a singing bowl is a type of instrument that when used produces beautiful soothing tones which invoke a deep state of relaxation. Paired with meditation, gently stretching and breathing, sound healing calms the mind, body and spirit.

Tai Chi is a gently, low-energy, physical – the slow movements strengthens muscles, conditions tendons and ligaments in the ankles, knees, hips and spine. Beneficial for many health conditions, including arthritis, and helps to increase stamina, strengthen the body and mind, and ease stress.

Yoga gives us the tools to show up in life in such a way that our actions align with our deepest values and purpose. Our qualified instructor, will lead you through a classical yoga session incorporating breathing and meditation. Through the consistent practice of yoga you can expect to feel stronger, more flexible, less stressed and balanced both mentally and emotionally
