Would you like to learn the craft of pastry making? You will be taught the techniques and tips to make Shortcrust, Choux and Puff Pastry to make tarts and pie crusts, eclairs and profiteroles that will impress your family and friends. You will have fun while learning to make these pastry delights with ease and confidence.

Using meal planning to eliminate wastage of ingredients you have purchased before they lose their freshness? 100 Mile Foodie work with NDIS participants to improve skills surrounding food preparation, meal planning, meal prepping and meal storage, all while experiencing new flavors, new recipes, cooking and the enjoyment of food. Make meals to enjoy during class and to take home!
