Computers For Beginners – Level 1
Friday 7th February for 8 weeks | 9.30am – 12.00pm
This course for people with little or no prior knowledge of computers. This beginners course will get you up-and-running, teaching basics while moving slowly toward more advanced topics. It cuts through all the clutter and jargon of working with computers and explains in simple terms how they work. The course covers computer terminology, basic skills, creating and saving documents, using email and accessing the internet.

Healthy Cooking On a Budget
Monday 3rd February for 8 weeks | 10.00am—12.30pm
This very popular course is specifically designed for those interested in learning about healthy eating on a budget or transferring skills to employment. This course will cover everything from safe food handling, food hygiene, kitchen basics, preparation techniques, extensive cooking skills, food storage and so much more. All new recipes for those following on. Please bring an apron if you have one and a container. Cost includes all ingredients and equipment.
